Our Pet Policy

Summit on the Lake allows dogs and cats
We welcome pets upon approval
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
We do not accept any aggressive breeds including, but not limited to, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepards, Rottweilers or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of the above stated breeds. Please see leasing office for additional breeds not allowed.

Pet Fees

$300 pet fee for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets
$25 per month per pet

The maintenance request was completed in 2 days and my outdoor light works! I feel so much safer, now that we have a patio light!!
