The maintenance request was completed in 2 days and my outdoor light works! I feel so much safer, now that we have a patio light!! Also my sink had a board that needed to be replace and its been replaced and painted. (all of the staff is kind and friendly, and most of them direct me by my name when I call) thanks a lot guys!

My wife and I love Summit on the Lake! The office staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. The maintenance crew is on top of all work orders put in, we haven't had a work order sit more than a couple days and that was only do to them having to order a part in. All the neighbors that we have met have all been chill and conversational. We couldn't recommend a better apartment complex for newly weds or even just someone looking for a quite place to live.
